Post-Programme Support
Some participants need extra support once they return home. Once you leave Gracepoint, our team can connect you with post-programme support as needed for as long as required.
In Person Post-Programme Support
In person post-programme support connects you with a dedicated programme mentor who will meet with you either at a pre-arranged location or in your home.
Your mentor will provide hands-on guidance, encouragement, and accountability, helping you apply what you learned at Gracepoint in real-life situations. This option is especially suited for individuals who require practical, ongoing support to maintain their recovery.
